    Kevin Teoh

    Chief Executive Officer

    Kevin joined Uniti as CEO in 2025 and is a growth-focused business executive with over 20 years' experience across telecommunications, technology, strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

    Prior to Uniti, Kevin most recently served as Global Chief Strategy Officer for Kingfisher Mobile, leading strategy, product, and business development. Over a 15 year period at Telstra, Kevin led segment & product groups including Consumer, Mobiles, and Mid-Market Enterprise where he was responsible for financial performance, customer experience, and a range of material transformation initiatives, such as product simplification and the design & implementation of Agile. Kevin began his career as an M&A advisor in the Investment Banking Group at Macquarie Bank.

  • Padraig Donnelly

    Padraig Donnelly

    Chief Financial Officer

    Padraig is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years' experience across professional services, ASX listed businesses and not-for-profit organisations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University, and a Bachelor's Degree, Accounting and Finance, from Dublin City University. He is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at Uniti Group, having joined the company in 2019.

    He has previously held senior finance roles at Vocus Group, Simonds Group Limited, Arts Centre Melbourne and KPMG. He was previously a director of Melbourne's West Space gallery and Victoria's contemporary dance company, Chunky Move.

    General Counsel & Company Secretary

    Cassie is an experienced corporate lawyer, with more than 17 years' experience working with IT and telecommunications clients and businesses, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure. As General Counsel & Company Secretary, Cassie is responsible for providing legal counsel, government relations and policy advice, and managing risk and compliance across Uniti Group, including work health and safety.

    Prior to joining Uniti Group, Cassie worked for Telstra, Telstra InfraCo and King & Wood Mallesons. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from the University of Queensland and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

    Kirsty Allison is an accomplished HR executive with over 20 years of international experience spanning the telecommunications, technology, and professional services sectors. As Chief People Officer at Uniti Group, she leads the People Team and oversees the company's end-to-end HR strategy, ensuring alignment with Uniti's mission to deliver exceptional telecommunications services across Australia.

    Throughout her career, Kirsty has held key leadership roles at MinterEllison, EY, BT and Cable & Wireless, where she developed deep expertise in business transformation, talent strategy, and organisational change. She has successfully guided teams through major economic shifts, mergers, and acquisitions, driving sustainable growth and cultural excellence.

    A strategic thinker and skilled communicator, Kirsty is also an accredited executive coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her leadership continues to shape Uniti's people-first culture, fostering innovation and engagement in a dynamic, fast-evolving industry.

    A seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of industry experience, Brent brings deep expertise in enterprise technology leadership across telecommunications and infrastructure organisations. He has a strong track record in leading complex technology environments and delivering strategic outcomes that support business growth, operational efficiency and digital transformation.

    He has held senior leadership roles spanning networking, software platforms, commercial strategy, data management and cyber security. Prior to joining Uniti Group, he held leadership positions with organisations including Activ8me, Australian Private Networks, and Bluemaxx Communications.

    Chief Operating Officer - Opticomm

    Geoff Aldridge has been in the Information and Communications Technology industry for over 20 years, specialising in the deployment of cable TV networks, Telephony networks, integration of GIS systems, Managing infrastructure integration, co-ordinating network builds and deploying Hybrid Fibre Cable TV networks into green field estates. He has worked at United Artists, Cabletel, TCI, Smallworld, GeoNet and BES before Joining Opticomm in 2007.

    Brendan is Chief Customer Officer at Opticomm, part of Uniti Group, where he leads the customer-centric team of operations, RSP growth, marketing and community engagement.

    With more than 15 years’ experience in telecommunications, Brendan has built a reputation as a high-impact commercial and customer leader, with a strong track record of driving growth, leading operational transformation and building high-performing teams.

    Before joining Opticomm, Brendan served as Chief Executive of Uniti Retail for 2.5 years, where he successfully returned the business to growth and strengthened its long-term commercial position.

    Earlier in his career, Brendan spent more than 12 years with TPG Telecom Group, leading major customer acquisition and growth initiatives. Most recently, he led sales and growth for Vision Network, a $100 million business, delivering strong market expansion and commercial performance.

    Chief Technology Officer - Opticomm

    With a 25‑year career spanning engineering, consulting, project delivery, and executive leadership in the IT&T sector across Australia, North America, and the UK, Andy brings deep technical and commercial expertise from senior roles at Telstra, Accenture, Verizon, and Vocus Group.

    As Chief Technology Officer, Andy is responsible for setting and executing Uniti Group’s technology strategy, driving the evolution of its network, platforms, and architecture to support long‑term growth and innovation. He has led the technical enablement of new capabilities across wholesale telecommunications services, fibre networks, and smart city and building solutions.

    Andy has also played a pivotal role in the design, development, and operationalisation of Uniti Group’s Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that align technology roadmaps with business and customer outcomes.

    Andy holds a Bachelor of Systems Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University, an MBA (Finance) from the University of New South Wales (AGSM), and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

    Chief Operating Officer - CPaaS

    Jenna is an accomplished operational leader, with over 10 years experience in the telecommunications sector. With a core belief in people advocacy prioritising transparency and empowerment, Jenna brings significant expertise to implementing and managing integrated multi-stream customer support and operating models. Focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes through optimised operational structures, Jenna is responsible for leading Product, Technology and Operations for Uniti Group’s CPaaS Businesses.

    With previous roles at Over the Wire, ECN Technology and Macquarie Telecom, Jenna holds a Bachelor of Communication with a major in Public Relations from University of Newcastle and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Queensland.
